Problems with HTC Diamond video transfer- help!

I have a HTC Diamond phone and I've never been able to get the videos to work once i've downloaded them from my phone to my computer. They are in mp4 format so I'm not sure if that is a factor. I called MTS to try to get some help and they didn't even know how to solve my problem. Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks!
