MTS High Speed Plan Pricing

I got some information regarding pricing for their 2 new plans offered:
-Lighting Bolt Plan @ $85.00/month - Shared internet speed with tv up to 32Mbps. What this means is that if 2 people are streaming a HD channel (7 Mbps each) on each tv you will have a d/l speed of 18Mbps. If the tv is off you will get the full 32Mbps / 2Mbps up.
-Lightning Super Max @ $100/month - 25Mbps d/l dedicated internet speed down and 2Mbps up. This is dedicated so your tv would have nothing to do with your speed.
