Who fixes tv's

Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone who likes to tinker with tv's that need repair. Our 53" has a blue streak across the screen and needs a $40 part. Hate to see it go in the garbage, but don't want to spend the $400 to have it fixed. It may not last much longer, but putting $40 into it is better than $400. Any takers out there?
