Windows Live Mail trouble

has anyone else been having trouble getting JPEG images in forwarded emails to show up when sent to other people? I'll get an email, and when I forward it on to someone else the pictures show up as blank with that little white box with the red x in it. This has only been happening since MTS did that switch over to Windows Live Mail. I have tried forwarding my emails as attachments, this works well on some people's computers, but not for everyone. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Any suggestions?
