hey so i am a new ish blogger. i have been on wordpress.com for a few months now and am officially Bord with the themes they have on there. just wondering if anyone out there knows how to use downloaded themes i have read how to use them on the site but in less you speak what ever talk they use it makes no sense what's so ever.
anyone technologically able to understand some of this mumbo jumbo >?
