Ok so here is my problem. Seems pretty simple but it just isn't working.  
 
I need to change my data from rows to columns.  
 
I have tried when pasting it to mark "transpose" on paste special box, but it is not coming out right. The data in cells is all numerical, but it is based on a formula. Whenever I go to paste, it shows up in the row but it has changed the numbers! What was supposed to be a simple thing is driving me crazy! Any help would be greatly appreciated
