Bad TV (WCG Q's)

So, I have a wonky Aveis TV and we are hooked through WCG.
My problem is that I cannot read the program guides cause I am missing almost the first word on all the listings. I have figured out this is a TV problem and not WCG, but can anyone tell me if WCG has a TV guide or such online?
