We moved away from Brandon about 1/2 a year ago. Used westman DVR when we were there and were satisfied with the service but, unfortunately they do not have HD service in Hamiota. So we used our old Star Choice (Shaw) for the past few months but was unhappy with the channel lineup. So we were going to move to Bell for the PVR and HD channels.  
Asked a rep on their website via chat asking if they offer services and installation in Hamiota which they said they did etc. Spoke to a rep. on the phone 2 days letter to make sure information was correct and to confirm our install date.  
Now the night before they come to install, we get a call saying they don't offer installation here..like WTF!!! This is so stupid. If they knew they didn't install here why did they charge our credit card the moment I pushed send. Now I have no dish ….until I can set up my old one which isn’t the easiest of tasks to do IMO (no real patients for that type of stuff).  
All in all was a big waste of time, sure wish Westman offered HD and DVR service here in Hamiota. Oh well….nice to venting on here.
