Youtube without the internet?

I am looking for a way to get a youtube video to show to a patient in a hospital that I can not get internet access in.
I can not seem to find a way to put it on my computer that i can access it while not online. I hope I am clear enough in that request.
I have joined youtube and tried to save it on my computer but no luck so far. ASAP
