Blog Software?

Does anyone know of some good blog software?
I don't want to signup a website like livejournal and use there system for my blog, i would like to run the blog off my own web server, with my own domain name.
The software has to be able to, allow for categorized posts. Allow users to sign up to leave comments on posts.
Able to upload photos attached to post, link to videos off external sites such as youtube.
I found this site https://www.blogger.com/ but it doesn't do everything i need.
Does anyone have some suggestions for Blog Software?
