Recording satellite TV onto computer

Hi, I wish to watch or record TV shows onto my PC. Been searching around and found WinTV PVR 150. A PCI card version. Now, the question is, can I have a 1-to-2 splitter, that splits one signal to my Bell ExpressVu receiver, and the other signal to my PC?
If there is a wireless way of doing this, it would be better.
