Is everybody down with netset email,they tell me its a world wide thing,YIKES!!! Hopefully it comes back on

We are down right now too. Sounds like a Google problem.

That's what Netset says--why does that not re-assure me??

should have come to ebrandon first. I have been freaking out about this all day. Not impressed that is for sure!! It better get fixed and soon!  

Gmail is back up BUT NetSet is still having problems with their domains, or so I was told. Really frustrating when you rely on emails for business. Sure hope it is working tomorrow!!!

Still down this morning,Need into my emails big time,Have some time sensitive emails,that need to be addressed too

lol. Email down world wide. That's not how the internet works. Keep on them to get it fixed. They are filling you with BS.

Wish i had come on ebrandon and read this before i panicked and set up a new gmail account, and forwarded the new address to my contacts lol.

i thought it was just me that did something wrong. Not so good having a business email not functionning

And the part that sucks is... Our emails aren't just building up, but it's like we have cancelled our accounts... Not good for business!

This is one of the reasons why I don't use e-mail provided by an ISP.

I was just told that emails should be back up and running at 6p.m. today. This what Google has told NetSet.

I was told tonight or tomorrow morning.

Funny how they are blaming it on Google, but my other google/gmail account is working fine.

They just told me hopefully 24 hrs

Hi Looks like they got it fixed,Can anybody tell me if they have emails not come through since the blackout,I have not had any since June 9 when it went down Thanks

My goinet came back on overnight, although the account is exactly like it was when it went down Tuesday afternoon. The wife's account remains blocked.  
 
I am glad it did not wipe out old emails and contacts. I would hate to lose some of the information and photos contained in them.

I imagine anyone who tried to email the closed accounts would have gotten a failure notice?

anyone who sent you a message while our emails where down received this message  
"email has been permanently disabled" and the email they sent was bounced back as undelivered.  
NetSet member support told me that we would receive all emails over the last 2 days, BUT THEY WERE WRONG!!!  
All emails, from time of disable to time of restore, will not be received. I am not impressed!!!

I suggest everyone move to a web based email address. Gmail, yahoo, hotmail or what ever. They are all free.  
 
I prefer gmail and have 5 gmail accounts for different purposes.  
 
Using an ISP provided email address is full of hassles and there is really no need what so ever now a days to have one.  
 
You can put in your goinet address in the settings and all emails that come into that address will forward to your gmail inbox during transition.  
 
Send an email, text or social media message to all friends and family and tell them to start using your new Gmail address.  
 
YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ANY 'DOWN TIME' AND ALWAYS BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR EMAIL from anywhere in the world.
