    We just built a house and I have the dish off the old house. I am trying to tune it but having a rough time doing so. Is there anyone that can help me. We are about 20 mins from rivers.

    Happen to have the manual that has the coorinates and the angles that the satellite has to be in so it can pick up the sat numbets. Not hard to do with he manuel.

    The satellite B settings for Brandon are:  
    Azimuth is 187  
    Elevation is 31.9  
    Skew is 99  
     
    This should get you close, and then fine tune it from there. 20 minutes from Brandon doesn't tell me anything, it depends on what direction from Brandon you are.

    If you have a smart phone, you might want to try and find an app to help finding the satellite. I downloaded a satellite dish finder app for my Blackberry Z30 and it is spot on....Uses GPS to find my location, and will calculate the exact azimuth, elevation and skew for where I am. Also has a compass and indicator to point where the dish should be pointed, and fine tune from there!
