Wireless Routers

I have a DLink WBR-1310 wireless router that works fine for my application. I am trying to find a solution for my in-laws who want to have wireless at their sunroom which is about 225 feet away from their house. I installed my router and my laptop would get a signal up to about 20 feet from the sunroom door [ouside] Any suggestions or experience in extending the range of the wireless range would be helpful. I have been told conflicting information regarding the extended range routers. Any advise would be great
