    Transferring iPhone Pictures to PC

    Just back from a trip and used iPhone for camera and want to transfer pictures to my PC. Tried the iPhone sync but can't make it happen.  
     
    Any suggestions?

    Just make sure the phone is inlocked

    and plug it into your USB, it should pop up as a storage media device (iPhone) and open up the folders, should just be drag and drop
