MTS Internet (slow lately?)

To everyone on ebrandon that has MTS internet high speed plans. Has anyone been having speed issues the last month or so? If so please REPORT to MTS. Here is what I have been seeing.
Since the middle part of Feb I have been noticing a HUGE drop in speeds at random times for random periods. Now before people start posting "maybe its your computer/network/modem" please read entire post before commenting.
Every since time I experience this issue, I check with 6 other MTS customers in Brandon and they confirm their internet is currently as slow or slower than mine. Every time I have these issues I go to www.speedtest.net and run a test to Server Central in Chicago. My pings will vary from 50-70 and I have had as SLOW as 0.48Mbps and my normal speeds are averaged 25Mbps.
MTS keeps telling me it is my computer that is doing it, I then tell them it is not doing anything at all, then they say VIRUS, I tell them NOPE sorry clean. They are now wanting to replace my modem and I have even explained to them about 10 times that I am CURRENTLY not the only person having this issue.
Please call in to MTS @ 204-225-5687 and report this to them, DO NOT let them tell you it is something within your home. I know it is a pain to call in and report it but if you don't then you will not get it resolved.
