fully portable VOIP - Magicjack

Most of you are familiar with Skype and Vonage etc. There is a new player that I stumbled upon and it works really quite well. The website was a bit hokey and I was skeptical but "it works"!
For under $40, I got a "MagicJack" that is essentially the size of a thumb-drive with a USB connection at one end a phone jack in the other. I connect a regular phone to the jack while it's plugged into my computer and I have a crystal clear phone line with no added cost! Of course, it is fully portable and I can take it on the road etc and it's great. It has voicemail built in and some other features such as 3-way calling. NO SOFTWARE TO INSTALL. Plug and call!
The only drawback so far is no Canadian numbers so I use one from Minneapolis. Also, my number comes up on the other party's call display as "Magicjack" so i get some hesitation from people at the other end thinking it's a telemarketer or something. Apparently Canadian numbers are coming and they'll allow you to change at no cost.
Oh - and voicemails also arrive in your email!
This is one of the best values for under $40 that I've come across. Can't wait til I do away with my regular line forever - it won't be much longer.
