iTunes Scam

Hi-I just got an email notice confirming a purchase from iTunes for nearly $200.00. I don't have an iTunes account. They have provided a link to dispute this purchase. No way am I clicking on this, but I would like to know for sure. Anybody else ever get this?

Yes it is a scam. I also received a similar email from "PayPal". I called customer service and they said it was a scam and that my account was secure.....changed all my passwords just to be safe!!
