Recently noticed an ad on ebrandon for a gaming console which comes with only downloaded games. The question is when I set up my own account on this gaming system would I still have access to those games?

I'm a PC gamer and my games on Steam or Origin and Uplay are only good on my account and cant be transferred.Their way of eliminating the second hand game market.

I think if Im reading correctly the digital games are tied to psn account not physical system. you will not have their games without his account info. Someone should tell person selling console that his digital games wont come with unless he gives his psn account info.

I just wanted people's opinion but from I've been reading online they would have to give their account info. I had a feeling it was a deal too good to be true.
