I need to purchase new toner for my printer (it's a Brother model). I've always purchased the Brother brand toner cartridges for it, but in looking at the prices, the "other brand" ones that are compatible are way less. I would be happy to spend less money, but don't want to end up ruining my printer by doing so.  
 
Any thoughts? Is it worth it to buy the less expensive ones? Or should I stick to the brand-name ones?

I got my last ones off amazon and they were way cheaper then places like staples

I order mine online. They are used, refilled and re-sold. Instead of spending $200 for all 3 colours and a black, it's closer to $75. And they arrive in 2 days
