Bitdefender Password Manager setup

I have switched from Karpersky Total Security to Bitdefender Total Security Password Manager there is a step asking to create:
- a new Wallet database and/or
- Import an existing database (from target)
before I click on either one (or both) would it cause a problem for me in the future for example to install any software or using another security software or will I get a bunch of pop up or sort of advertising or some slow down?
