    Spruce woods park and forest

    As of today May 8, 2018 the province has announced that there will be no motor vehicles allowed in Sprucewoods Provincial Park or Sprucewoods Provincial Forrest. Signage will be getting posted.  
     
     
    Has anyone more info or details about this. Could not find anything online yet.

    Id think be kinda hard to get the camper trailer in the park without a vehicle towing it in .......

    Ould only be in the back country i would think? As in no ATVs on the trails or back in the bush? They surely wouldn't ban cars and trucks from the campground. There is currently a restriction on motor vehicles in the back country in other parts of the province and yes, it is due to the fire risk.

    Restrictions are no back country motor vehicles. Quads are notorious for starting fires. Sprucewoods park fires are to be in campfire pits. Burn times are 8pm -8am in approved pits.
