Minnedosa Town to sell camp ground and cabin sites

So I got a letter addressed to the cottage owner... town is selling the properties. After much debate about them and the provincial fire comissioner and the amount of abandoned cabins- what do you think this sale could do for the cottage owners?
Is this a good thing or a bad?
