The Taliban are demanding that cell phone providers shut down their service during the night. They state the reason being so that NATO forces don't use the towers to track them down. Since they could just turn the phones off though, it pretty strongly suggests that civilian tips over the cell system are starting to concern them. I think that's a pretty good sign our guys over there are doing a good job with not only fighting but gaining the support and confidence of civilians.
