...What are you going to do this weekend?

There's plenty to do even if you didn't score tix to Countryfest. On Sunday, June 28 at 1 pm come on our to Souris for a fundraising ZUMBATHON! This event is all about dancing and having a great time. Three Zumba instructors will lead two hours of hip wiggling, body jiggling super fun dancing and will finish with a yoga cool down. Bring plenty of water and your yoga mat and be prepared to have an amazing time. Proceeds go to Souris Valley Rec. Cost is $10.  
 
At the Bowl in Victoria Park (head towards to outdoor pool and you'll see the stage to the east as you drive into the park).

as a biker I'll be participating in the defender's memorial ride this weekend. Rain or Shine!

Camping at Wekusko Falls near Snow Lake in Northern Manitoba for my sons third birthday. We've never taken him camping (tent, not RV or motorhome lol) and can't wait to see how he does
