Are there any GOOD arguments Pro eating meat?

First of all I am VEGAN I had been vegetarian for over a year before crossing over. if anyone doesn't know the difference a vegetarian dose not eat meat, were a vegan dose not eat meat or animal bi-products e.g.: egg,milk,cheese..
After looking at the pros and cons of my choice I had come across a debate on such a subject that caught me eye and had to read. Not because it as pro meat or pro veg but because it asked the simple question "IS there any GOOD arguments PRO eating meat?" and honestly after reading through and hearing both sides there is not one except ignorance and laziness' to make a change. I am not saying that every one who eat's meat is either ignorant or lazy and how I would word it is more or less un informed? This topic alone is always an argument and I for one have found it interesting to always see both sides and see educated people "dukeing" it out over there beliefs.
So far the only arguments I have heard are pure and simple and every time the same....witch all have very little to back it up.
1. "We were ment to eat meat"...first of all "Natural" is not always a meaningful term.
Even when "natural" is meaningful, it is not a justification for cruelty. Not only that but back in the day people used africans as slaves and women couldn't vote, didn't make it right because that's how it was. "reality: we were only designed to eat a tiny bit of meat when food was scarce, eg in the winter, not every day or even every week. Our canines look like incisors, compare our teeth to true meat eaters like cats and dogs. Our intestines are long, whereas animals that eat a lot of meat have short ones (so the meat does not have a chance to rot in the system) Animal products are completely unnecessary for survival. We are no longer part of the food cycle as we are not living naturally, we're farming."
2. Over population...is one of my faves..if we didn't kill for fur or eat meat the animals would "over populate" No they wouldn't because we wouldn't be constantly inseminating cows or breeding animals for our own benefit and we could use the feed and water we give every year to factory farms to 3rd world countries who are starving. It would also in turn save rain forests from being demolished to make said factory farms.
3. Survival LMAO "Some animals kill some other animals, but those are animals that don't have way to survive without killing others. We have that opportunity. Plus, if we actually should copy another species and their diet, why choose to copy meat eating - and not plant eating - animals? The animals that are most common here don't eat other animals. Cow's don't, sheep don't , pigs don't, horses, deer, elephants.... I don't get the idea that we should look at some animals that have to kill to survive and then do the same thing. We are not them, and there's no valid reason whatsoever to copy what they do. They don't copy our lifestyle/diet either..."
4. It tastes good. WELL I really can't argue with this one. it dose. I have been there, I crave it once in awhile. It smells good it tastes good, it has good texture ect. BUT I have morals and I would not wish pain and suffering on any human or animal they have emotions they breath walk and poop. The bond with each other they feel loss and happiness. Animals put trust into humans and wen abused they don't forget they become scared and wary. I just don't think its right, infact I KNOW its not. and as far as I am concerned if I can eat a cow I can eat my dog or cat or ferret or my ex boyfriend, but I have no desire to and I have no desire to inflict the same pain on any other thing that poops or has a face.
"The only justifications for eating animal products are pleasure, habit, culture and convenience."
O and for the milk thing I drink Soy milk. No species on Earth is built to drink the milk of another species. No species on earth is built to drink milk after they are old enough to chew solid food and have been weaned from their mother's milk.
There is an enzyme that naturally occurs in infants' bodies to help them digest breast milk. Around the ages 3 -4, their bodies stop producing L-cystein, the lactose-tolerating enzyme. Essentially, we all become naturally lactose intolerant: we are not biologically designed to process milk from any species once we stop breast-feeding. The commercial food industry adds this enzyme to foods containing lactose so that humans can better digest it.
Baby cows have 4 stomachs and are meant to gain about 1000 lbs. in their first year of life. Cows milk is very high in fat to help this process, and the 4 stomachs allow for its proper digestion.
Baby humans have one stomach and they gain about 20 - 30 lbs. in their first year of life. Human milk is considerably lower in fat and lactose, compared to cow's milk.
in any case I am free to debate this
