A note of caution from the province re garage sales that’s posted at the link below:  
 
“ Public health orders continue to limit gathering sizes of no more than 25 people at any indoor premise or 50 people at any outdoor premises, including garage sales.  
Garage sales are a higher-risk setting because they are not associated with any recommended practices that retail stores must have in place. This includes how people could follow physical distancing guidelines, appropriate cleaning processes and options for cashless or no-contact payment.”

Being June 1, lots of changes coming into effect re phase 2 re-opening.  
 
One that is getting a lot of attention is restaurants being able to open for dine-in. Including the status of some that I know of below, but definitely do not assume this is an all-encompassing list and make sure you check with your restaurant of choice. Will post further updates with any more than I learn of. Feel free to post any you come across so long as there's a link to confirm. 
 
Boston Pizza (North and South). Re-opens for dine-in at 11am. Dining room, lounge, patio.

Tim Hortons. Trans Canada and 18th St locations re-open to in-store dining beginning Tuesday, June 2 with limitations.

A few more restaurants that I know have re-opened... for any of these that have re-opened for dining, keep in mind that all are likely continuing to offer delivery and takeout options too and that dine-in is just adding one more option to dine.

For anyone that was curious, even though schools are once again staffed this month play structures on school grounds remain available for use. They remain unsupervised and are not cleaned with social distancing and before/after sanitizing expected.

Subway has re-opened their mall food court location. All but Vanelli’s and DQ have re-opened in the food court, with DQ indicating yesterday they won’t be returning.

Canadian Tire. Earlier in this thread there was talk of their curbside pickup system. It’s now updated so that orders are placed through their website for in-store pickup. With these orders you can call when parked in the curbside pickup spot and pickup.  
 
Westjet. Beginning July 5 will be increasing the Brandon-Calgary route to 3x weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri) from the present 2x weekly. Looking ahead further on their booking engine they appear to be booking daily flights starting August 5.

The Province announced today final details on phase 3, which begins Sunday. Please read the link below for all details, but main changes are described as:

- removing the maximum capacity of 300 people at any site provided the gathering can be physically divided into sub-groups of 50 or fewer indoors or 100 or fewer outdoors, to a maximum 30 per cent of usual capacity;  
 
- allowing people from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, and people living in the area of the northwestern Ontario (west of Terrace Bay) to visit Manitoba without having to self-isolate for 14 days;  
 
- ensuring those travelling to northern Manitoba must continue to respect any restrictions that have been put in place by local communities and First Nations;  
 
- lifting self-isolation requirements on a case-by-case basis where sectors propose and provide satisfactory plans to address public health requirements for necessary travel; and  
 
- lifting capacity limits for restaurants, bars, beverage rooms, brew pubs, microbreweries and distilleries, as long as tables and seating are arranged so there is a temporary or physical barrier, or two metres of separation between people sitting at different tables.

The Brandon Police Service building is now accessible as it was pre-COVID, exception being that those entering will be asked a series of questions, will be directed to wash their hands on entry and will be required to follow social distancing guidelines:
