I inform you of your choices and answer your questions the best I can. There is so much more to weight loss and healthy living than just dieting. Activity is vital. I have suffered and battled with my weight for 20 plus years. I started Isagenix because I loved the shakes and the other products and most of all it got me putting something into my body in the morning....which is very important.
My best advice to you is try samples...if you can't get samples then I would eliminate that product from the list ( just my opinion) Any good company will also offer a money back gaurantee. Usually 30 days.
Every rep from every company will tell you they are the best but in the end it is your choice and what suits your tastes and needs.
As I said before if you want more info I can get that to you but I will never pressure you into anything. I will however make sure you get what you want for the best price possible.
Hooe you find what you are looking for!! " |

Your statement that weight loss is not all about diet is incorrect. Weight loss is math, you need to expend more calories than you intake. 3600 calories of deficit will ideally be one pound of fat gone. How you achieve the deficit is up to you. Want to eat your base metabolic calorie burn each day? Then you will require exercise to lose weight. Want to sit on your butt and lose weight? Just eat less calories than you body naturally burns.
Is exercising healthier? Absolutely, is it required... No!
Arnold (terminator Arnold) says it 90% diet and 10% exercise. The diet will lead you to success.
Choose a macro diet plan. 40-40-20 worked for me. 40% carbs 40% Protien and 20% fat. Get those from quality sources and you will be full and satisfied below your natural calorie expenditure.
I used a lot of protein shakes because it's hard to hit that protein number. Choose a quality source. I don't recommend soy because of increase estrogen and well man boobies. Whey is my go too, because it is easily mixed and is a good source of protein/calorie. Casein is ok but it's chalky and not the best without a blender. Make sure your protein is working for you and get brands with BCAAs and Glutimine so you don't need extra supplements. If you can get your protein from whole foods and supplement with shakes.
Good luck to everyone on their journey. Myself I lost 150lbs, some was from eating and exercise and some was from dieting.
