Playground Kitty 3rd Street Park

Today I had my daughter at the park on third street for a play date and there was a kitten there. This kitten was running all over the play structure and around the kids scratching / hissing and jumping at the kids, and digging throwing sand everywhere ..Plus doing his business all in the sand around the structure (yes I said HE as couldn’t help but notice it had some little knockers no collar) If you own this cat or have a cat PLEASE keep it on a leash no need for it to be at the park pooping everywhere being a little trouble maker !
There is a law to have pets on leash and to pick up after them!
Everyday I see a group of kids from a near by daycare center there playing in the sand this is just nasty!
PLUS being as this kitten was not fixed and off running around who knows what other trouble he has gotten himself into .. There is no need for any more kittens running around!
PLEASE
FIX YOUR CAT AND KEEP IT ON A LEASH!!! !!!
