Playgroups?

Does anyone know of any groups or activities in Brandon for 2 1/2 year olds? I'm going on mat leave beginning of April and my 2 1/2 year old son will be home with me. I'm trying to find something where he can go and have social interaction with other kids. None of the preschools will take kids until they're 3 and I think it would be hard to find a daycare to take him for 1 or 2 half days a week. Any suggestions?
