Yoga and Zumba in Souris JUNE, 2015

Hi there,
The end of June is an exciting time in Souris! I'll be back in my hometown for a few weeks and will teach four exclusive evening yoga classes. These classes are suitable for all levels of participant and I give lots of pose variations so everyone can feel good. I've got six years of teaching experience and absolutely adore helping others feel the LOVE, peace and joy that comes from practicing yoga.
YOGA

ZUMBA
On Sunday June 28 from 1-4, Souris will host a Zumbathon fundraiser. Myself and some amazing local Zumba teachers will lead the crowd through two hours of awesome dance fitness and we'll finish up with a yoga stretch and cool down.
