Recycling Fees - Ya right!!!

Every time we purchase a plastic bottle we have to pay a recycling fee of 2 cents. No, not much, but WHO says I don't recycle the bottle? That, and in Europe, and other places there are bins, like candy bar dispensers, that you deposit the bottles into and receive cash back! THAT'S what we NEED!!!
What are WE going to do to get ALL of our money BACK???
I am tired of paying and don't even buy pop anymore. They still charge me when I buy juices!!! Who do we right, what do we do to get the provincial government to stop charging and start acting!
