Winter ends this weekend???

"Experts" at Enviornment Canada predict after a brief cold snap for Manitoba Thursday and Friday of this week, the harshest part of the 09/10 winter will be over. Apparently El Nino is gonna take hold and tough new American security practices will make it tough to dip past the 49th parallel. Wishful thinking aside, do you think we're though the worst of it? (FC calls for 0 Sunday and +2 Monday of next week!)
