-37 tonight, plus windchill warning

Just caught the overnight low on the front page of the site... minus 37 WITHOUT the windchill. Plug those cars in... for the first time in seven years mine wouldn't start this morning!!
Here's a cut and paste of the windchill warning issued by EC for tonight:

Wind chill values at or just below the minus 40 mark redeveloping this evening..
This is a warning that extreme wind chill conditions are imminent or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.
West to northwest winds or 15 to 20 km/h this evening combined with overnight lows falling into the mid minus 30 range will combine to give wind chill values of minus 40 to minus 45 this evening and overnight.
At these extreme wind chill values frostbite on exposed skin may occur in less than 10 minutes.
