Last fall there was a thread on the topic of the trails we constantly see in the skies. It seemed there were two points of view on the subject, the trails are CHEMtrails being sprayed to purposefully harm us in some way and the other view was trails are simply ordinary CONtrails. After looking into the subject I would say I fall in between those two point of view, here’s why.
In 1990’s a directive from the chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force was given to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future. In 1996 a report was published entitled “Weather as a force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” (link at bottom). In the Executive Summary of this report it states in-part:
In 2025, US aerospace forces can "own the weather" by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map.
A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril.
Current technologies that will mature over the next 30 years will offer anyone who has the necessary resources the ability to modify weather patterns and their corresponding effects, at least on the local scale. Current demographic, economic, and environmental trends will create global stresses that provide the impetus necessary for many countries or groups to turn this weather-modification ability into a capability.
In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels.

So could the trails we see be part of weather modification testing or actual implementation? I think the answer is “yes.”

There is a company in Fargo, ND by the name of Weather Modification, INC.

In my opinion weather manipulation is wrong, as the Air Force report stated, it’s “a high-risk, high-reward endeavor.” There’s certainly risk in developing and testing of this technology, of course that risk is taken on by the general public with the possible effects it may have on their health not to mention the risks of messing with Mother Nature.

The reward goes to the U.S. and any other country who has the necessary resources and ability to modify weather patterns who will be able to create ideal battlefield conditions to operate on or create unfavorable conditions for the enemy, as a former U.S. Army soldier I can see how that may sound appealing, however I believe the risks out weigh the rewards. The 1996 report states that the U.S WILL pursue weather modification as a part of their national security interests , I have NO DOUBT that they did. So what’s the whole story? I don’t know, if the pilot at WD Inc. in the video is to be believed then the use of weather modification has gone beyond just military use. It’s possible companies like WD inc. are used to test and develope the technology. No matter what the whole story is I think this is information that the public should be aware of.
So, in my opinion to say every trail in the sky is a normal contrail is wrong but to say someone’s trying to kill us with these trails is equally wrong. Of course I always reserve the right to be wrong.
