wind + shopping carts = idiots

i was at sobeys today, and as i was walking to my van a man left his shopping cart about 15 feet from my vehicle, i watched the wind take the cart and smash into the side of my van. after i was done loading the groceries and the kids i watched as another lady left her shopping card out in the open and it started heading for another vehicle, are people SERIOUSLY THAT LAZY???????????
