The town is a temporary mess for just a bit yet. The sidewalks I have tried are part bare, part ice, part slush, part water. I tried the walking path on Richmond between 1st and 17th East. My feet got pretty wet in a couple spots. Don't go there. Backlanes are no longer good.
My best luck has been walking right down the middle of a non popular street.
