on july 3rd, i was standing outside between 10:30pm and 11pm looking East.. and i saw this orange (what looked like a hotair balloon on fire with a basket) floating slowly from North to South.. then took off Eastward in no time. I really thought i was seeing things...  
 
last night at 10:48pm.. i saw the same thing.. however, it was going North to South, but totally disappeared. At first i thought there were clouds, but there were no clouds.. and I did record it.  
 
Does anyone know where i can go to find out what this was.. or can anyone educate me as to what this was...  
 
I really am not going crazy! lol
