MTS TV HD in Charleswood (Wpg)

My Aunt and Uncle who live in the Charleswood area of Winnipeg just got an HD tv. They have had MTS TV for a few years now. They now want to get HD, but apparently it's not available in their area. Apparently not even switching receivers would work. They were told by the guy "country people would be happy to be able to have the services we have" While their street is gravel, they are in no way out in the country!!
