After reading many a book on the supernatural, ghosts, spirits, hauntings, etc. I have to say that I haven't read much about Manitoba and/or the Brandon area. Maybe there are books out there that I don't know about. With that in mind, I thought I would see if any of you would like to share any stories you've heard or experiences you've had dealing with anything ghostly, otherworldly, or spiritual.  
 
I'll tell you one of mine. 10 years ago I was living in a house in Brandon. There were spots around the house where I would get an uneasy feeling. One day while in the basement I was busy refinishing a coffee table. My back was towards the stairs which was unusual since I always liked to face the stairs when down there. I was absorbed in my work when I felt that someone came down and had said something to me. I didn't make out what they said so I turned to ask them only to see that I was alone. Whenever in the house I always felt like someone was shadowing me. To continue. Months after moving out I received a call from my previous landlord who wanted to see if my children were okay. The new tenants had an encounter with two little girls. They had awoken the father in the middle of the night. He had thought that his own two girls were needing him only to open his eyes and see that they were not his at all. They then disappeared. Needless to say, my girls were alive and well at the time. That's where the story ends and I don't know who they were.
