Labor and Birth Photographer

Im looking for a photographer who is comfortable and not too expensive, (around under 200.00) to take pictures during labor a few pics and lots after he/she is born as my husband may/may not be away for the birth, i want pictures like...giving birth the whole down there vajj head coming out, first mommy and baby and maybe daddy family picture, a picture of the clock as to what time baby is born, baby on scale, baby being measured, first needles, first breast feeding picture, if anyone knows of someone who does this kind of photography let me know as I really want pictures and dont have much family friends support that live near us, and if my husband is there hes not very good at taking pictures he also doesnt take pictures i want taken and i want them all to be in color NO BLACK AND WHITE
