any individual in town fix cameras?

Just wondering if there is any one in town that fixes cameras as a hobby or anything like that? I can a camera that works great except when i turn it on the lens shutter doesn't open all the way. it gets stuck half way open so all my pictures are only half pics. know of anyone of anywhere that might know what to do with something like this?
