That happened when I upgraded to my pixal 2 (native to telus. my old phone was a transition from MTS). Anything from within the Telus network (including support and other subscribers) would show up on my id, anything from outside would not. After a couple support calls, it was fixed.
The person that mentioned VOLTE is right. I used to be on that when the issues happened. But when I was changed back to 4G for calls, it seemed to correct it.
