They will offer some competitive pricing and make those other guys finally bring their pricing down

I'm curious if they are operating as a virtual carrier, or if they have their own infrastructure.

They will be building their own infrastructure, but anywhere they don't have a tower up and running they'll be using Bell MTS' network. They'll be building on mostly existing Netset towers so hopefully service will be decent province wide.

Interesting.

I wonder if this new addition could help to bring back the MTS effect that was lost when Bell swallowed them. That is, keep prices lower than almost anywhere else aside from Saskatchewan.

Xplore Mobile's website is up and running. I like that they have rollover data, but I wish they had more data options than just up to 10GB. The 10GB plan should be cheaper sans-tab. Koodo's charging $45 for 8GB sans-tab as it is.

The plan is ok but only good for MB. If you travel across the country, it is not free to call to MB. Only free to call nationwide from MB. Also, there is no service in Sask.
