‘Tell City Hall’ survey call

Anyone else get a call from this company at 204-201-1022 re participating in a short survey? Message asks if you’d like to receive a text message link to the survey or if you decline participating. My natural inclination to not receive links in text messages from unknown entities led me to pass but curiosity still piqued.
Anyone else receive the call recently have any more thoughts?
