I am currently with Bell/MTS and looking at getting a new cell plan. After looking at the different plans from different service providers, I'm leaning towards a plan with Koodo. I don't personally know anyone that has a Koodo plan, so just looking for reviews - good, bad (you can PM me), or otherwise.  
 
I saw an old discussion that said their coverage is spotty at times - wondering if that has improved in the past year or so.

My husband is on Koodo. I seem more annoyed with Rogers and my shotty internet service, than he does with his Koodo device. He isn’t a huge phone/data person so he liked that he was able to build a plan that works for him. I didn’t find that so easy with larger providers.

Koodo is a good deal and we haven’t had issues with civerage, but it’s all self serve online. If you call in they charge 5.00 per phone call.

Was wondering how coverage is south of richmond.. even south end of Brandon? From the tower map it shows that Telus only has really 4 towers and Rogers/Fido has 9 towers in Brandon...

I m with Koodo since 2012 and I have no any problem with them whether it be a Data usage or Call/text usage.... only thing I don’t like with them is to talk with customer service since they change to virtual Assistance but still I can talk with them but I have to go Through virtual assistance first and then I have to request to talk with rep... there is no extra charges to talk with them it’s free....
