The customer service has been switched to overseas. This is exactly what Sears did by sending all of their ordering, etc to the Phillipeans. This way the company, essentially the CEO’s and shareholders would make more money by outsourcing. That did not work very well. This is exactly what MTS has done. When you call customer service ask them where they are located? You will be surprised as to what country the rep is located in. So you get a lot of back and forth because the service rep is simply reading to you from a written dialogue. So many of the MTS jobs have been outsourced to overseas to “save money”. More money for CEO’s and shareholders. I, too, have had the same complaint with customer service. You get nowhere.
