mts cell phones

every month 4 the last 2 months my kid( she is over 15) has received her cell phone bill ( under my name) and is getting charged for text short codes. she is not texting these soo called companies but continues to get this charge on her bill. i had called mts and they stated that in order for them to stop we would have to text 33335 and the word "stop". crap just got our bill today and guess what? more charges. i am already sick of mts as they stated that either she is texting these or receiving them. they are either from a company on the internet or elsewhere. mts also stated that anyone can send you or sign you up for either a survey etc. etc. all someone needs is your cell phone #. sucks doesn't it. anyone out there that can help with this? we had a contract that had expired through mts but signed up again last november. i am ready to cancel this contract cause it is already costing me more(on my last 2 bills) than it would to cancel.
