Globalive's cellphone plans leaked!

An irate ex-employee of the new cellphone compnay Globalive has leaked pictures of a presentation describing the plans/services that they will be offering when they arrive Canada wide at the end of the year.
They're going to be offering an unlimited voice/data plan for $54.99/month. They won't be offering 3 year contracts like Rogers/MTS do. Also planning to offer a plan with Unlimited Multimedia Messages (MMS)/Walkie Talkie/Video Calling (video calling is supported by some Rogers phone.. but it's expensive right now).
ALSO it appears that all voice plans include UNLIMITED texts to Canada/US, voice mail, and call display/name display (that stuff costs quite a bit with Rogers/MTS). I also noticed that the document also states “Smart cards will not work in non Global Wireless hardware. Customers cannot use own hardware". That is a big no-no for me if it refers to cellphones, the amazing thing about GSM is the ability to use your SIM card in almost any handset possible (if unlocked), this defeats the purpose. This is just as bad as being with Telus, and wanting to use a cellphone you bought from Bell/MTS, you can't.
It also appears Brandon may/may not be in the original launch at the end of the year, on the map, it appears as if Brandon is right around the edge of the "initial market". so if Globalive is setting up towers now, we may/may not see 3G HSDPA this year in Brandon.. who knows though

Whats your take on it? I hope the best for Globalive, MTS/Rogers both need some competition in Brandon area!
