Great experiences with your cellphone provider!

In this forum we usually grouch and moan about our cellphone provider, how about for once we only say the good/great experiences from a provider. Such as having an insanely bad bill then have it all credited by the provider with no fuss, getting a new free phone after phone breaking, etc.
For me, I've been with Rogers for 6 years now, I've had bad/good/great times with Rogers, but I'm greatful when I get great service.
*Yesterday I called Rogers to tell them that I got charged for roaming in the US when I never accepted a phone call nor made a phone call while down there, the guy was VERY friendly, he not only credited that one, but also credited a roaming charge from back in June! On top of that he was very very friendly, had a great chat and he was telling me he's getting fed up with his own company himself, mainly due to stuff like smaller local calling zone where he lives, raises in prices, etc. He also gave me one month free of unlimited incoming calling, I never even asked for it, he just did that as a nice gesture.
*I won a Blackberry Pearl from Rogers back in the spring, it's an 8120 so it allows you to use wifi, I have found it VERY handy when at the farm because since it connects over wifi, it can send/receive SMSes, phone calls and data with ease, even if the closest tower is an hour away. The package also included a wireless router, so I gave that to the parents so that they can use a few computers with ease at the same time (previously we had the iMac set up to share its connection.. so it had to be on 24/7 to share it)
*My iPhone's GSM chip fried back in the summer, they replaced it with 0 fuss what-so-ever
*Bought a PDA phone from Rogers back in 2007, it didn't change my contract, and not only that they didn't require me to add on an insanely expensive data plan on my line (saving money), plus I paid only $250 for the phone, when the phone was being retailed for NEW customers with a 3 year contract for $800.
*They put me on a 1000 CDN Long distance pack for $5, it has saved me ALOT of money for long distance use!
